Eligibility Criteria

There are many Universities and Colleges where International Students can choose to study, but they should meet the admission requirements. Students require a Study Visa to study in Dubai if they are not a United Arab Emirates national or do not belong to any 5 GCC countries, i.e., Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia. Before issuing a Student Visa, the students must complete all the formalities of the University. Following are the documents required to apply for Dubai Student Visa:

  • A valid passport.
  • Recent twelve passport-sized photographs with white background.
  • Admission Offer Letter received from UAE university.
  • Students Bank statement for the verification of funds.
  • A tenancy agreement. If a student does not have any, he must get a letter from university if he will be staying in the University Accommodation.
  • If any of these test results are positive, then the student will be deported except for Syphilis because it can be treated.

Work while Study in Dubai

A part-time job is the main concern for every International Student. The United Arab Emirates provides off-campus part-time job opportunities to International Students. But students require permission from the University or College for part-time work. Students can also work on campus in Libraries, departments, and Administrative Offices, where they can gain experience outside the classroom. During sessions, students can work for 15 hours per week or 60 hours per month. And during summer breaks, they can work for 40 hours per week or 160 hours per month.
